Exercise for Living Well and Feeling Strong

Exercise can help keep cancer from recurring and also improve your mood, boost your self-confidence, reduce fatigue and lower your risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. You didn't make it through chemo just to end up on the couch!  This workshop was designed for survivors at beginner to intermediate fitness levels.  You will take part in a fun, balanced exercise class and learn simple, effective activities you can do on your own to make immediate improvements in your health.  Wear  sneakers and comfortable clothes.  Led by Merryl Reichbach, LMSW, certified personal trainer and holistic health coach.  S&C Community Room. Class is free but you must call Merryl at 718-777-5766 ext 13 to pre-register .
